Welcome to Uzima, a Christian wellness community where women are invited to heal emotionally, spiritually, and physically through faith, movement, and connection.

My name is Christine Amagove, founder of Uzima, trauma-informed dance healing practitioner, and passionate advocate for whole-person healing. I believe God not only cares about our souls but also about our bodies, where many emotional wounds and traumatic experiences are carried.
Uzima was born from a desire to create a safe space where women can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, process emotions in healthy ways, and experience God's healing presence. Healing is not just about talking—it also involves learning to listen to your body, renewing your mind, and inviting the Holy Spirit into every part of your journey.
Inside the Uzima Membership, you'll find:
Weekly Gospel Dance Workouts to strengthen your body and increase your energy.
Weekly Dance Healing Sessions that combine movement, prayer, reflection, and body awareness.
Monthly healing themes to help you grow in areas such as identity, emotional healing, boundaries, self-worth, attachment, and nervous system regulation.
Practical healing exercises and replay library.
A supportive community of women walking the healing journey together.
Women from the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Kenya, the United States, Barbados, the United Kingdom, and beyond have become part of the Uzima family.
Whether you're recovering from trauma, navigating stress or burnout, longing to reconnect with yourself, or simply desiring to grow closer to God while caring for your body, Uzima is a place where you are welcome.
Our prayer is that every woman who joins Uzima will discover greater freedom, deeper peace, renewed strength, and the abundant life God desires for her.
Welcome home. We're so glad you're here. 🤎
